Is this a legal transaction ?

Don't trust it, it is more than likely spam, and trying to send you crap through the mail. I have won the African lottery 5 times according to my spam folder. I would just spam this email, that way you don't get anymore emails from this person. If you do not know any people that ask for your personal information, never give it to them and place it in the spam folder immediately. (just press the spam on). Never trust things like these from people you do not know, they are trying to get personal information to better themselves.
