I escaped my dads basement, what do i do?

My dad has kept me locked in the basement for the past four years, I finally escape and am on the computer behind him. he is knocked out i am in my underwears and I just ate a can of ravioli. i waited 10 mins for his computer to start up and idk what else to do.
