Send a quick message to my relative in davao city philippines?

does anyone know how i can send a message to my cousin in davao city philippines. he has been ill for the past month and he is living alone. we usually get a call from him every couple of days to let us know how he is doing. we have not heard a word from him in 2 weeks and he is not answering his cel. we are quite concerned. does anyone know how i can get a message to him asap. im from canada and a mail service takes 1 month for them to receive anything. we hope he is ok but we want to hear from him so if there is some service i can contact who will deliver a note to him to ask him to get a hold of us it would be much appreciated.
