Guitar Hero 2 help!!!?

In the game Guitar Hero 2, when I load the songs; "Madhouse", "Hanger 18", "Pshycobilly Freakout", or Carry on My Wayward Son" the wings on the tape fly, but the keep flying and flying and the song wont load. Im thinking the last 8 songs just dont work and the Encores from the last 36 songs dont work. the CD isnt scratched and i did calibrate lag but nothings working please help!!! This also doesn't happen in any other game.
