What's next? Maybe a State istance Stimulus?

The ink isn't even dry on the "Stimulus" Bill and already the word is that a new Housing Bailout is on the way. Seeing as how government cannot restrain spending other people's money (this applies to both political parties), it will only make sense for a new Federal spending bill meant to bolster fiscally irresponsible state governments. It'll be "temporary", of course, and I'm sure the fine people of Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, et al, have no problems funding California's $6 Billion Stem-Cell research initiatives...right?
