What should I wear to an ice skating party?

Basically, one of my friends is having a ice skating party to celebrate her fourteenth birthday. But what do I wear. I was thinking leggings (grey) and militar boots but waht sort of top and Jewellery!! Please help as I want to look as good as everyone else coming as well. Thanks in advance :)
