The Unions are not what they used to be. The SEIU Union has created problems for the employees.?

SEIU gets paid by each County employee X amount of dollars each pay period for services SEIU does not complete and refuses to be made accountable for not serving each employee in a timely manner, In most cases SEIU and its Job Stewards are working at taking away county employee privileges and Benefits such as health care insurance. The retired County employees do not have health insurance. What is wrong with this picture? The county agency has a SEIU employee who is Director of Human Resources in the Personnel department.
