Osama bin Laden FBI Most Wanted List?

On first glance...this is a rant...but actually, it is a pretty good question. The prosecution always tries to pick the most general and provable charge. . Of course, this is a moot point, in that Mr. bin Laden will NEVER be brought to trial. He will most likely be terminated with extreme prejudice...either by us, or by his own people. Anyway, even without 9/11, which would be fairly tough to prosecute other than for conspiracy, Mr. bin Laden has in fact committed offenses that would warrant the death penalty. And, dead is dead...who cares how he gets that way?
