Does anyone know why Golden Corral in Mt Ephriam,NJ closed?

I don't think that they were there for a year. The three times we went there, they were mobbed! We drove down there last night for dinner and saw a big "for sale or lease" sign in the window. We were just curious if anyone knew why or when they closed.
