Has anyone had there belly on peirced?

I'm a whimp, i was 13 when i got mine pierced and im going to be honest and say it was painful, i didnt cry but i was screaming in my head sorta thing. But once its done there was no after pain, just swollen a little, not that you can really feel something thats swollen. If you get it done, consentrate on something else whilst hes doing it, or when i got my tattoo, the artist dude said to have some sugar but i cnt remember why, i think something to do with the pain.
