Is there a website that lists recipes containing ingredients you have?

I was just looking through my cupboards for stuff to eat; I have nothing promising, but plenty of stuff that looks like it could go into making something really good. The trouble is, I have no idea what might possibly be made from the ingredients I have. Is there a website that allows you to tell it what stuff you have lying around your house, then gives you recipes that use that stuff? Something like that would be enormously useful, so I'd be surprised if there isn't something like that online somewhere.
